Penstemon 'Czar' is a captivating and hardy perennial that brings a regal touch to any garden.
One of our favourite penstemons the Penstemon Pensham Czar, also known as beard tongue, has phenomenal stamina to withstand most conditions. Known for its striking, rich purple and white trumpet shaped flowers, with tall spikes of blooms that stand out against its dark green foliage. It has a long flowering season from summer through to autumn (July-October). Loved by bees and butterflies, this perennial plant is excellent for creating a wildlife-friendly garden.
