Astrantia Major

 Beautiful, white distinctive pin cushion type flowers all summer.

Astrantia Major is one of our favourite perennials here at Folly Fields. They have white flowers with green tipped petals and are a versatile and stunning perennial. Flowering June-August they provide all summer long colour, just cut back finished flowers to encourage further flowers.

They love either full sun or partially shady spots, in well drained soil and are great to use for cut flowers in dried or fresh flower arrangements.

This plant grows to about 60cm (23in) high, with a spread of 45cm (18in). Great for growing in groups to create clusters and suitable for growing in pots and containers.

1 litre pot grown plants supplied.
